How we work:
Sign up:
We have designed a very simple signup process that only requires you to enter your name and email address, and then pick a tag and password.
Search / Like / Comment
You are able to search for content, channels, users, and tags. When you follow others, you can see their content appear in your feed. Encourage them to post more by giving them feedback.
Feed
Your feed is a list of all the latest posts made by the content creators that you follow. When you post your own content for public consumption, it will be included in the feeds of those who follow you as well as being easily searchable and discoverable through post and tag searches.
Voting:
To better surface content that you like, you can for posts, songs, artists and creators every week. A chart showing the most voted is compiled at the end of the week and lasts until the end of the following week. Currently trending items are also shown which can help you decide who to vote for. If you are a creator, do you think that you can win song of the week? Or can you make it to creator of the week? Post and see!
News
Stay up to date with your favourite artists and genres via our news feed. Like, dislike and, best of all, comment and chat about every article in the feed. Know all the gossip and give your opinions.
Channels and Subscriptions
We allow everybody to create multiple channels. What you do with each channel is up to you, but we recommend that those of you with a creative streak should dive straight in!
Want to build a music list something like an album? Create a channel which contains just the music you would put in an album. Create a “follow up” album as a separate channel. Want to give people backstage access even when they can’t attend concerts? Create a channel where you post just your backstage pre-performance prep work and post-performance celebration. Need to try to monetise some of your content to maintain your art? Make channels that require a payment to subscribe. You can have free channels and for pay channels side by side. It’s up to you to decide what you want to give away and what you think really deserves to be paid for. You make the decisions!
