Essential information: When you register any kind of KinerkTube account, you will need to provide your email address (except when you sign-up with Facebook or Google and don’t give your permission to share it with KinerkTube), your age, and choose a password.You will need to provide a zip (city) location in account creation, page creations, and event creations, mainly for discovery and map purposes. (ex: Artists may only desire to put down a city and not a street number, which is okay but does take them out of search result if users search by exact address in that geo field of algorithm). Also when you register with, you will need to provide your month and year of birth, and choose a password for age validation and security assurance of your account with us. In addition, if you purchase a Subscription, you will also need to provide your real name, billing address, and payment verification information.

Non-essential information: Your gender if you wish to provide it.

Profile information: You may choose, at your discretion, to provide additional information for your public profile on – for example:

your real name

a user name (which may be your real name or industry name or whatever you prefer)

the city and country in which you currently live (Benefiting you in map and search purposes)

your hometown (To represent  and show where you were born and/or raised)

a profile picture, logo, image, avatar etc. (Choose your thumbnail or rock out the default image)

information about how you categorize yourself with respect to your content (ex: whether you are an Artist, a Music Business, a Fan,  or some other underground category of creator relevant to the category options)

None of this profile information is mandatory, and any information you do provide may be deleted, edited, changed or amended by you at any time. For more information.

Information from correspondence: You will provide certain personal data if you contact us by email, use any of the web forms on the Website, or contact us by mail, fax or other offline means.

Reviews/Surveys information: If you participate in any reviews or surveys, you will provide certain personal data as part of your response, unless you respond anonymously in which case you may still have to provide personal data to prove you are a real person.

To identify you as the creator of the Content that you upload, the comments that you post and/or the other contributions that you make to the Platform (website).

To seek your participation in surveys, and to conduct and analyze the results of those surveys if you choose to participate.

To provide you with technical support.

To respond to you about any comment or enquiry you have submitted.

To provide other users (members) with data regarding people's activity behavior of their Content on the Platform. Please Note: If we offer analytics to users (members) then this will apply

To prevent or take action against activities that are, or may be, in breach of our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

We use your month and year of birth to enable age restriction.

Any additional information that you provide as part of your public profile, such as your real name, links, embedded code permissions, your website and other social media profiles (but not your email address), will be published on your profile page and/or map page(s). This information will be publicly accessible and may be viewed by anyone accessing the Platform (website), or using our API or other Services. If you purchase a Subscription, your name, address and payment verification information will be used to process your account subscription and renewals and to collect your payment. Your email address will be used to send you service updates and notifications regarding your account, and (if you have elected to receive them using your account preferences) newsletters, marketing messages and certain email notifications. Improving and customizing the Platform (website) and advertising:

We use analytics to analyze the use of the Platform (website), and the people visiting the Platform (website) and using the Maps, Apps and Services, in the means to build improvements to and customize it to your preferences and needs. We do this for the best interest of your experience in using the directory and social music network as well as the best interest to keep the Platform (website) the niche source that it is. We also analyze analytics to show you intriguing ads, when you visit third party websites. When you see our ads on a third party website or apps, we or third party services we engage for this purpose, may collect information that is made from browser or mobile app data available when seeing the ad (Ex:­_ ip-addresses, referral URL, browser details, timestamp of request). Third party websites or apps may also allow us to measure the success of our ads on their websites. This may include for example whether a click converted to an actual purchase of a Subscription. If we show you ads on behalf of advertisers, we use information that you make available to us when you interact with the Platform (website) (Ex. by liking or creating posts), including location data, together with information you provide to us through the Platform (website), Ex: demographic information, you choose to make available to us (such as your age or gender) directly or through third party services as well as information your browser sends us when using the Platform (website) (Ex: referral URLs, device type or location data). This allows to show you ads that are more relevant and interesting to you. Please note: does not share personal data with advertisers. Instead, advertisers pre-define a specific audience by certain generic criteria (Ex: the city of residence, the age range, or the number of followers of an unidentified user) for a specific ad campaign. Sharing of your information

It may be possible under certain circumstance where we may need to share some of the information we collect about you or which you provide to us - these circumstances are as follows:

Other users (members): Any information in your public profile (other than your email address) will be accessible by other users (members) of the Platform (website), who may view your profile information, view and comment on any of your wall posts, add you to their list of favorites, friend request you, star rate and review your pages, send emails, and send you instant messages. Also, if you comment or “Shout-Out” (like) on any wall post from a User (member) on the Platform (website), your comments and/or “Shout Out” (like) will be available to all users (members) of the Platform (website).

With your consent: We will disclose your information if you have explicitly agreed that we may do so.

Service providers: We mostly only deal with United States third parties, however if we choose to use certain reputable third parties, whom may be located outside of the United States, we only do this to provide us with certain specialized services related to the Platform (website). These third parties will have access to certain information about you, but only where this is necessary in order for those third parties to provide their services to us. Where we transfer personal data to these third parties, we ask and require these third parties to provide the latest security standards and have top appropriate organized and technical security measures in place to protect against unauthorized disclosure of personal data, and only to process personal data in accordance with our exact instructions and to the extent necessary to provide their services to us.

Users of our App and/or API: has an open APP and API, which enables application developers to integrate elements of the Platform into exciting new apps. Some of these developers may be located outside of the United States. Any information that you choose to make public on the Platform (website), including your public profile information and any wall posts, may be accessible to these developers. Please understand and keep this in mind when deciding what information to publish on your profile. Advertisers may use third party services to ensure their ads are properly served and to measure the success of their campaigns on websites and apps. We allow these services to collect and use the information for such purposes.

As aggregated data: We may aggregate your personal data with similar data relating to other users of the Platform (website) in order to create statistical information regarding the Platform (website) and its use, which we may then share with third parties or make publicly available. However, none of this information would include any email address or other contact information, or anything that could be used to identify you individually, either online or in real life.

If required by law: We will disclose your information if we believe in good faith that we are permitted or required to do so by law, including in response to a court order, subpoena or other legal demand or request.

KinerkTube maintains appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards that are designed to prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure of personal information we collect or store and to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of varying likelihood and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons that may be involved with our processing operations. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. However, it is not possible to guarantee the security of information transmitted over the Internet. You use the Platform and provide us with information at your own discretion and risk.


International Data Transfers is based in California, United States, and your personal information is collected, stored, used and shared in accordance with California, United States laws. However, from time to time, it may be necessary for us to transfer your personal data to the other International Countries. You should be aware that privacy laws in the other countries may not be equivalent to the laws in your country, and by using the website (Platform), you consent to the transfer, storage and processing of your personal data in other countries in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

KinerkTube operates globally and may share your information internally within the KinerkTube, and third parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Information collected within the EEA may, for example, be transferred to countries outside of the EEA for the purposes as described in this Privacy Policy. We utilize appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or another legally approved mechanism, to ensure the lawful transfer of your personal data outside of the EEA.



KinerkTube is not intended for use by children. Anyone under the age of 16 in the EEA, or 13 in the United States and the rest of the world, is not permitted to use the Platform and must not attempt to register an account or submit any personal information to us. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from any person who is under the age of 16 or 13, as the case may be, or allow them to register an account. If it comes to our attention that we have collected personal data from a person under the age of 16 or 13, as applicable, we will delete this information as quickly as possible. Choice and control

We do our best to give you as much choice as possible regarding the amount of information you provide to us, and the control you have over that information.

It is not necessary for you to provide us with any personal data in order to visit the Platform, although certain information will be collected automatically by virtue of your visit (as described above). Email and Push notification preferences

When you are signed into your account, you can access your User (member) Notifications in your account settings.

To unsubscribe from email notifications, stop push notifications, and/or newsletters from (other than essential account notifications) you can click on the link at the end of each email any time if available or visit your account settings under Notification Control.

Sharing with other apps and networks

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to any third party sites or applications, and we cannot control the activities of those sites or applications. You are advised to read the privacy policies of those sites or applications before sharing your information with, or connecting your account to, any of these third party sites or applications.

Sharing with other users (members) is an online social community full of identified users (members), however if you wish to not register a free user (member) account, then you can still utilize the directory source anonymously, however we may ask you to verify or submit your email verification to leave reviews on pages and certain aspects like that. If you do input or upload any personal information to our Platform, you give us the right and access to this information at all times. Visitors (logged out members) will not have access to the social networking or persoanl account pages such as all activity boards, private or member only set posts, the opportunity highway, instant messaging and pages including dashboard, settings, connections, favorites, resources center, etc.

If any of your Content contains any personal data or any other information which you would not like to share, you can delete your content at any time in the settings, or you can hide the content if the option is available.

Customizing the Platform and personalized ads

Please be aware that even if you opt out of interest--based ads, you may still see ads, which likely will be ones not as interesting to you.

Deleting your account

You always can delete your account from the Account page within your Advanced Settings on the Platform (website). Please know this as a precaution and keep in mind that, if you delete your account, all data associated with your account, including the Content that you have uploaded and the usage data associated with that Content, will be deleted and may not be recoverable. You are therefore advised to copy or back up all Content uploaded to your account before you delete your account.

Even if you permanently delete your account, it is still possible that your information may show up in some internet search engine results for a short while afterwards, if the search engine maintains a temporary cache of web pages. Search engines' caching processes are outside of KinerkTube’s control and therefore we cannot be responsible for any information that remains cached by search engines after that information has been removed from the Platform (website).

Please note that deleting any KinerkTube bookmark, available app, or any third party apps to which your account is connected, will not delete your account. If you wish to delete your account, you will need to do so from the Account tab in your Settings on the Platform (website).


Access to your data

As described above, most of the personal data and other information you provide to us can be accessed and updated in the Settings page of your account. If you wish to access, amend or delete any other personal data we hold about you, or if you have any objection to the processing of any personal data that we hold about you, please contact us at, or the address provided below.

If you contact our team requesting us to delete your account, we will do so within a reasonable period of time, but we may need you to provide back some of your personal data in order to satisfy our legal obligations, or where we have a legitimate reason for doing so.


Exercising Your EU Privacy Rights

  • Data Retention and Deletion

    • We generally retain data for as long as your account is in existence or as needed to provide the Platform. However, specific retention times can vary based on the context of the processing we perform and on our legal obligations.

    • You have the right to ask us to delete all or some of the personal data we hold about you. If you have an account, you can also delete your account through the Settings at any time as described below.

    • Where you provide consent to the processing of your personal information by KinerkTube, you may withdraw your consent at any time by changing your account Settings or by sending a communication to KinerkTube specifying the specific consent you are withdrawing.   • Audio, visual, and other electronic information, such as videos, music,  sound recordings, images, and comments;

  • Inferences drawn from any of the personal information above to create a profile or segment about you so we can provide you with personalized content and advertising.

We disclosed the categories of personal information above, including to our service providers and affiliates, for a range of operational business purposes, including:
