KinerkTube.com should be a place where everyone in the community feels respected. As a unity of users (members) it’s up to us all to keep the peace and make this happen. This page includes vital information about our expectations of you while using KinerkTube.com Underground Music Maps Directory and Social Network. Please take the time to carefully read through this information. Here at KinerkTube.com we take these guidelines very seriously and expect you to do the same.

We put extensive valuable time in creating an online underground music experience in a niche way for a new industry environment set out to build a diverse, collaborative community of artists and business people, where everyone gets reviews and “shout outs” for the content that they create and own, and where the rights of invention and art are respected.
You are also responsible for all activity associated with your account, including all content that you post to your activity wall or upload to both your profile and page(s). If you post content that belongs to someone else (for example, if you are a distributor or promotional agency acting on behalf of an artist, label, music business, or if you use someone else’s content in a remake or other duplication of a work, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have the permission of all relevant rightsholders in order to post that content to KinerkTube.com. We plan to confirm any permission violations in the event of another person’s content uploads violating permission rights, at which point the user is liable to have that content removed or their account terminated.

Respect the music Respect the people
KinerkTube.com is an open, social platform, built together with a unique group of people with differing views, opinions, and cultural backgrounds. We support freedom of speech and the fundamental right for individuals to express themselves, and expect everyone else to do the same. Respecting each other on KinerkTube.com is as easy as following some basic principles:
Don’t be a cyberbully: We consider cyberbullying to be as followed: Cyberbullying is the use of cell phones, instant messaging, e-mail, chat rooms or social networking sites to harass, threaten or intimidate someone. Cyberbullying is often done by children, who have increasingly early access to these technologies. Don’t Abuse Anyone: We also consider abuse to be as followed: Abuse is antagonizing (a person) to emotionally hurt, cause violence and/or threaten their wellbeing, especially regularly or repeatedly. We have zero tolerance for abusive or threatening behavior within the community. Anyone found to be engaging in this type of activity risks the absolute, immediate, permanent termination of their account.
Constructive Criticism: We understand that criticism can be a valuable tool for helping each other to improve. Remember that behind the art is an artist and behind each business is a family or hard working entrepreneur. Criticism should always focus on the content, and not on the individual who created it. Please share your review and opinion with others, but do so in a positive and constructive way. Before posting any feedback, always ask yourself whether you would appreciate receiving the same feedback. If not, don’t post it.
Privacy for people: Everyone has the right to privacy, no matter who they are. Don’t share personal details of another person (or business), without their permission. This includes recordings of private conversations, photographs, unlisted phone numbers, and home or email addresses.
Don’t impersonate someone else
KinerkTube.com is a social platform built with artist and business needs in mind, we welcome the use of stage names or professional identities. However, that doesn’t mean that you can impersonate another person. This also doesn’t mean that you are allowed to post content that is intentionally misleading or false. As a rough guide, you mustn’t create profiles or post content that is intended to make people think you are someone else. You must not use someone else’s name or trademark without their permission, or pretend to be associated with someone you aren’t, even if you feel that you are helping that person by doing so.

Self promotion & building connections
KinerkTube.com strives to help connect the music industry people with the right means of collaboration and music business for their projects or products. We provided an awesome place to read, review and connect with artists, business and even fans. We understand that promoting your work is important, and we encourage you to seek out artist and industry connections as well as other like-minded individuals of music business on the map. In our experience, the most successful techniques of promotion are built upon convictional interactions between users (members) and their audience. However, there is a fine line between building these relationship connections vs. over-sharing with users (members) of the community.
To help encourage a two-way relationship between members and fans, we will do our best to build technical restrictions in place to limit activity that goes against this principle.
Specifically, it may not be possible to:
- Post identical or almost identical comments or messages in large volumes
- Repeatedly follow large volumes of accounts in a short period of time
- Repeatedly contribute your Content to large volumes of groups in a short period of time
- Repeatedly unfollow and refollow the same accounts, in order to draw attention to your own profile
- Repeatedly repost or like tracks that you have reposted or liked in the past
Forbidden content
As an open platform, freedom of expression is important to us. However, there are some types of content that have no welcoming on the KinerkTube.com Platform. In order to protect the community and maintain positivity, please don’t post:
Pornography: Remember that KinerkTube.com can be accessed by people as young as 13 years old. Don’t post any content that is predominantly sexual in nature, or that could be perceived as an aid to sexual gratification. This includes, but is not limited to, images containing nudity and recordings or detailed descriptions of sexual acts.
Please Google “porn” if that is the kind of content you are looking for because you won’t find it here.
Hate speech: Here at KinerkTube.com, You are welcome to express and share your opinions as well as your personal beliefs, even if they might be controversial, or challenge the status-quo. However, we will not tolerate content that promotes or encourages hatred, discrimination or violence against others based on things like race, cultural identity or ethnic background, religious beliefs, disability, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Spam & prohibited services
We work smart to provide a spam-free zone on KinerkTube.com. To support this effort, we have policies in place that prohibit both spam activity and the use of related services which violate our Terms.
The following activity is not permitted:
- Posting unsolicited links to commercial spam i.e. profiles or content whose sole aim is to drive traffic to external websites, via messages, comments, profile and track descriptions or artwork
- Creating multiple accounts with the intention of inflating the popularity of other profiles
The creation, use, or promotion of:
- Bots or other automated means to perform social interactions;
- Services that claim to boost a profile’s popularity such as followers, shout out likes, or reposts or shares of Content;
- Services that sell social interactions, stats or other forms of promotion on KinerkTube.com.
Tell us about it
It is possible that you might come across content that you disagree with or find disrespectful or distasteful from time to time. If that’s the case, the best thing you can do is to ignore that content, and to block those users (members) who share it to avoid it in the future. However, if you encounter any content that crosses the line and breaches these guidelines or our Terms of Use – including impersonation, abusive or threatening behaviors, pornography or malicious speech - contact us at legal@kinerktube.com and please tell us about it. We have a dedicated team of people and associates of lawyers who will review all reports objectively, and remove any content that violates these rules, or applicable law.
Please bear in mind that something that you find unacceptable, may not be unacceptable to everyone. We try to maintain a fair and balanced approach, but reporting content will not always result in that content being removed if it does not break the rules. With this said, please don’t hesitate to report any violation or abuse to this platform or users (members) thereof.
What happens if you break the rules
If we receive notification from a rightsholder that content uploaded to your account infringes their copyright, or if we believe that your activity violates any of our other guidelines, we will send you a written warning. If we have to send you more than two of these warnings, we will terminate your account. In the most extreme cases, we reserve the right to terminate your account immediately, without prior warning.

Please be considerate of others, respect the law and read about these guidelines before you post anything to the Platform. If you have a state learning disability then please provide us documentation of proof and KinerkTube.com will work to determine help in your understanding of our Terms, Guidelines and Polices, in order to proceed with an account on KinerkTube.com. If you do not understand or didn’t read these policies then us at KinerkTube.com shall be held under no responsibility of your negligence or registration in ignorance of these terms and will act upon any violation accordingly. We strive to make objects fair in decision making when content is reported to us. In most cases, we will send you a warning before we take any other measures. We think we are being fair and honest about our Terms of Use, Policies and Guidelines, so if you feel otherwise then please seek other websites to promote your business.
We may need to update these Community Guidelines occasionally, so please be sure to check back here from time to time for updates.
