KinerkTube Lifetime Deal Terms & Conditions

1. WELCOME

1.1. This page sets out the terms and conditions that apply to the KinerkTube Lifetime Deal Programme (the “Lifetime Deal Programme”).

1.2. Under this program, you may purchase a lifetime subscription to use the KinerkTube Service so long as the Lifetime Deal Programme is running (the “Promotional Period”).

1.3. By creating an account with KinerkTube you accept these terms, along with our KinerkTube Terms of Service (https://kinerktube.com/pages/termsofuse) and all other relevant terms and conditions. Do not participate in the Lifetime Deal Programme if you do not wish to be bound by these terms.

1.4. Please read these Lifetime Deal Programme Terms carefully and ensure you understand them before you refer a user to us.

1.5. The Lifetime Deal Programme is void where prohibited by law.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1. Any user who creates a KinerkTube Account and purchases a Lifetime Deal subscription during the Promotional Period may participate in the Lifetime Deal Programme.

3. LIFETIME DEAL PROGRAMME SCOPE

3.1. The Lifetime Deal Programme is subject to the following scope:

(a) The Promotional Period may end at any time subject to KinerkTube’s sole discretion.

(b) The Lifetime Deal Programme shall be made to the holder of the KinerkTube Account for the duration of that user’s lifetime. Such right shall immediately terminate upon the user being declared deceased. Such right shall not be transferable.

(d) The KinerkTube Service and its features may change at any time.

(e) The Lifetime Deal shall not continue where technological changes makes the Products of KinerkTube Service obsolete.

(f) The Lifetime Deal shall not continue where KinerkTube ceases to operate, suspends the KinerkTube Service, is declared bankrupt, or otherwise ceases to operate.

(g) The products and features made available through the Lifetime Deal Programme can be found here (https://kinerktube.com/plans)

4. YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS

5. TERMINATION

5.1. The Lifetime Deal Programme may be terminated in the following circumstances:

(a) Where you are declared deceased;

(b) Where you are in breach of these or any other KinerkTube Terms.

6. LIABILITY

6.1. KinerkTube will not be liable for damages you may incur as a result of the Lifetime Deal Programme. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the Lifetime Deal Programme and/or the memberships, products, or services sold by KinerkTube.

We exclude all liability for any breach of these Terms, including events where you may lose some or all of your content stored on the KinerkTube Service. You are solely responsible for keeping copies of any content or work which you may store on the KinerkTube Service.

7. TERM

7.1. The term of the Lifetime Deal Programme begins upon your purchase of a Lifetime Deal membership will end when your KinerkTube Account is terminated.

8. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND ATTORNEY FEES

8.1. This Lifetime Deal Programme shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Santa Rosa, California United States. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to this Lifetime Deal Programme shall be adjudicated exclusively in the courts of Santa Rosa California United States.

8.2. In the event of litigation to enforce any provision of this Lifetime Deal Programme, the prevailing party will be entitled to recover from the other party its costs and fees, including reasonable legal fees
